Renovation of an 8 car parking area in Sydney
Making improvements to residential properties is an important service HBK Building provides to clients.
This particular renovation involved us improving the roofing structure over an 8 car parking area to support a new deck and planting area.
As with most renovations, we had to navigate working with North Sydney Council and neighbours to produce the finished product.

HBK took on the task rectifying these defective cavity flashings in Collaroy, In doing so we could assure our clients that this would remediate the water ingress issues that the building was facing.
HBK Took this 90s model bathroom and brought it back to life to fit with current times and trends. With this bathroom been situated on the second level of the property we decided to go with a membrane them to coat liquid waterproofing to ensure it would stand the test of time.
